Performance Classes are held at 4:30, Monday – Friday and 10am on Saturday.
Individual Training and Group Training come with a free 30 minute assessment where we create an athlete profile and learn how we can help you reach your goals! TRAIN. TRANSFORM. TRANSLATE.
**Performance Events, Camps, and Clinics Will Be Held Throughout The Year
24-hour notice is required for all personal training cancellations. No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged for the session.
MEET OUR TEAM
Jordan comes to us from the East Valley of Phoenix, Arizona (Fountain Hills) where he's spent the last 10 years in leadership development, coaching and training athletes of all ages, in various sports. After playing college football, Jordan knew he wanted to get into coaching and performance training. While primarily coaching high school basketball and football at the varsity level during that time, Jordan has also been the Strength and Conditioning coach at each of his coaching stops. Additionally, he has done private skills and private athletic performance training along the way. His desire is to see athletes reach their full potential on the court (or field) and in life.
